Inside Real Hauntings The world we live in isn’t really constructed to deal with the paranormal. Though certainly we have moved into a very different age, there are still so many things we do not understand that to allow this aspect of life to become normal seems next to impossible.

For those of us who haven’t had much of a choice, however, our worlds must allow for such things. The following events are true to the best of my recollection and in some cases witnessed by friends and family. With so many shows, books and movies on the subject I have little doubt that these accounts will have much of an impact, but I can assure you that they did happen.

To begin with, let’s get a few things out of the way shall we? I am not crazy, though I don’t blame you for being skeptical on that idea because many of the experiences I will be sharing will seem too out of the ordinary to accept. That’s okay. To be skeptical is actually quite helpful when trying to take an honest look at any kind of paranormal research. Those who allow themselves to get carried away at the slightest hint of the odd often have skewed perspectives that make for poor accounts later on. I trust that you will simply keep an open mind; that is all I can ever hope to ask of anyone, including myself.

Secondly, though I do welcome any questions or information I am not looking to start an organization or group of any kind. I have had some experience with this in the past and may yet again in the future, but for the time being I am simply trying to understand my own experiences.

I would also like to draw your attention to the Glossary page which will help you to define the different paranormal definitions as I have come to understand them. Most people have nicknames for different things, myself included, however I believe it will be more efficient to stick with specific terms.

While I will do my best to describe certain events, a great deal of what I’m dealing with will be guess work. I do not pretend to have any concrete definitions and I can only rely on data collected over the years to a certain point. This may at times be frustrating to read and I can only ask that you bear with me as I am feeling the same way most of the time.

The last and most important thing I believe you should know, if you choose to continue reading along with me, is that I have come to believe that the majority of my experiences have not been with ghosts, or deceased human beings. Though I certainly believe I have some accounts of this, in truth I am not always sure what it is I am dealing with. The overall experience has led me to believe one thing: there are many, many other beings out there that we haven’t even come up with names for yet.

The construction of this blog will be divided into two main parts: experiences and theories. I will be describing particular accounts so that I can look over the experience and also so that you can attempt to understand what has taken place; I will then describe what theories I can based on these experiences. These theories will be a mix of data collected through captured images, voice and sound recordings and certain thoughts and feelings that I can explain either during or in relation to the events.

I welcome you to join me on my adventure and to always try to keep your balanced between what we know in the logical world around us and those things which we simply haven’t found explanations for. I appreciate your caring enough to stop by and I hope to see you again.

One of the definitions of the word haunting is to visit often or frequent. I believe that is the only part of the definition I can use to sum up all I have witnessed to this point; that something is here I feel most certain of, the who or what I hope to understand and share with you in time. My name is Seline, I welcome you to the world in between.

Goodbye for now, another end.
Until a time we meet again.
